The Oak Creek Trail Section is quickly accessed from the Oak Creek Drive trailhead. Immediately after crossing over the bridge next to the parking area, head west (turn right) onto this graveled connector trail which gently curves along the South side of Oak Creek and offers the hiker lots of sunshine on a clear day. Proceed along the entire length of this segment to merge with the Upper Mulkey Creek and Fitton Green Connector Trails or turn south (left) after about one-half mile onto the Lower Mulkey Creek trail. The latter option provides the opportunity to connect with the numerous trail loops within Bald Hill Farm and Bald Hill Natural Area. The Trail leads through Bald Hill Farm, owned and managed by Greenbelt Land Trust for rare habitats and species, local food production, trails and educational opportunities.
